Japanese aerospace specialist NIPPI Corporation began producing wing in-spar ribs for the 777 in 1992, contributing structural components to an aircraft that would become one of the defining widebodies of modern aviation. The 777 combined unprecedented range, efficiency, and reliability with the enormous GE90, helping reshape long-haul travel for decades.

Produced strictly for internal NIPPI employees and never offered for public sale, the brooch represents a small piece of the international manufacturing story behind the 777 and Japan’s important role in bringing it to life.
