This official Aviationtag x Lufthansa release is cut from the original fuselage skin of Airbus A380-841 D-AIMI, named "Berlin" (MSN 072). Powered by four Rolls-Royce Trent 970 engines, the superjumbo flew in Lufthansa's long-haul fleet until its final ferry flight on 22 February 2021.

Released as a limited edition of 22,000 pieces, each tag is cut from a genuine piece of D-AIMI's fuselage and engraved with its registration and an individual serial number. Because every tag comes from a different part of the aircraft, colour, texture and thickness vary, and small scratches or paint chips are part of its service history.
