Boeing 747-400 4X-ELA, named "Tel Aviv-Jaffa" (MSN 26055), was delivered to El Al Israel Airlines in April 1994 and flew for over 26 years to cities including London, Paris, New York and Bangkok. It retired in November 2019 as the penultimate 747 in El Al's scheduled passenger service.

Released as a limited edition of 15,000 pieces, each tag is cut from a genuine piece of 4X-ELA's fuselage and engraved with its registration and an individual serial number. Because every tag comes from a different part of the aircraft, colour, texture and thickness vary, and small scratches or paint chips are part of its service history.
