Airbus A319-100 OK-MEL "Vysocina" (MSN 3094) was delivered to Czech Airlines in April 2007, with short spells at India's SpiceJet in 2015 and on lease to Lufthansa. It was withdrawn from service in March 2020, shortly before the Czech flag carrier filed for bankruptcy.

Released as a limited edition of 4,500 pieces, each tag is cut from a genuine piece of OK-MEL's fuselage and engraved with its registration and an individual serial number. Because every tag comes from a different part of the aircraft, colour, texture and thickness vary, and small scratches or paint chips are part of its service history.
