ATR 72 YU-ALT was delivered new to China Xinjiang Airlines in June 1998, flew for Carpatair and Alitalia, and became YU-ALT with JAT Airways in 2013 before serving Air Serbia. It retired in 2022 and was recycled in Sonderborg, Denmark.

Released as a limited edition of 2,500 pieces, each tag is cut from a genuine piece of YU-ALT's fuselage and engraved with its registration and an individual serial number. Because every tag comes from a different part of the aircraft, colour, texture and thickness vary, and small scratches or paint chips are part of its service history.
