Refund policy

Return requests must be submitted via email within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. All return shipping costs, including the provision of return labels, are the responsibility of the buyer. Any loss or damage incurred during return shipment is borne solely by the buyer, and the company assumes no liability for refunds or replacements arising from courier-related incidents.

To initiate a return request, please contact info.aviavault@gmail.com. If approved, returns must be shipped to the designated address in either Hong Kong or The Netherlands, as specified in the return instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days, subject to processing times imposed by financial institutions. If more than fifteen (15) business days have elapsed since refund approval without receipt of funds, please contact us for further assistance.
